Internet connection is influenced by many factors. One of them, service provider. However, there is no harm for us to optimize internet connection speed from service provider.
It's many ways to accelerate internet connection, from easiest to most difficult, as follows :

- Click Start > Run > Type "gpedit.msc" (with out the quote). This is to open group policy editor.
- When it comes windows, go to Local Computer Policy>Computer Configuration>Administrative Template>Network>QOS Packet Scheduler> Limit Reservable Bandwidth.
- Double click at Limit Reservable Bandwidth. There is shown that the string is not set or not configured. Then, setting the value to zero for disable or override the default.
